Kate Middleton's parents to convert Bucklebury Manor for heartwarming reason

Minutes from the £5 million Middleton family home, the 72-acre farm has been the site of Middleton family visits for its nature trails, tractor rides and 44-acre deer park. Meanwhile he has also revealed a look at different parts of his family's 18 acre land, regularly posting snaps of Alizee and his dogs enjoying a dip into the family's pool. In May, he posted a short video clip revealing a luxurious patio area where his parents and girlfriend appeared to be enjoying a meal in the spring sunshine. The couple are believed to have snapped up the seven-bedroom property, which features a tennis court, swimming pool and a library, for £4.7 million eight years ago.

James has regularly been sharing snaps and videos from his stay in Berkshire, with his Instagram offering royal fans a sneak peek into the stunning manor house that Kate Middleton's parents have called home since 2012. Kate's brother James also gave a look at the garden when he filmed a video of himself shaving his beard in the space. As the camera panned to face his now-wife Alizee Thevenet, he inadvertently showed the patio with a grey outdoor dining table and various bushes. It is perhaps the most famous of Kate’s childhood homes thanks to Prince William’s arrival in a helicopter on the neighbour’s adjacent field, during his and Kate’s courtship. It was also the property the Middleton family lived at when the news broke of Kate and Will’s engagement on a cold October morning in 2010. It was where Mike and Carole gave a brief statement at the five-bar gate outside the home.

Kate's parents bought the home in 2012 for £4.7million, after deeming their nearby former £1.5million property, Oak Acre, less secure. Meanwhile, Prince William and Catherine, who have three children, are understood to be considering a number of properties on the Queen’s Windsor estate. Their children will all start at the same private school in the county in September. Her younger brother, James Middleton, shared a video of his family home in Bucklebury on Instagram yesterday. As well as seven bedrooms, the home also has five reception rooms including an entrance hall, a drawing room, a dining room, a library and a sitting room. The property was extended during the Middletons’ incumbency, including a large extension to the two-car garage, featuring an over-garage office, a dog kennel, kitchenette, living area and bedroom.

The property is also where Kate chose to stay after giving birth to her first child; Prince George. After selling the Bradfield Southend semi, the family mortgaged a five-bedroom, three-bathroom detached property in Bucklebury for £250,000. Reached by a private lane, Oak Acre was set within half an acre of land featuring a two-car wood garage and a vegetable patch. Inside were three reception rooms, an orangery and views over the neighbouring fields. In the village of Bradfield Southend, you'll find Kate Middleton's childhood home.

Lots of famous people have attended the college including Jack Whitehall and William Morris. The village houses Bucklebury House and Estate, Bucklebury Manor, Bucklebury Deer Park, the Parish church, and some local pubs and restaurants. Bucklebury Deer Park is part-owned by Pippa Middleton's husband, James Matthews a former professional racing driver and hedge fund manager. Prior to this, the family had lived in Bradfield, Southend, and then Jordan before they moved back to Berkshire in 1986. Bucklebury is a very small historic village and civil parish, and the village and parish church were even recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086.

CAROLE AND MICHAEL MIDDLETON are the parents of the Duchess of Cambridge, who live out in Berkshire near where Kate grew up.

Kate Middleton and her siblings grew up in leafy West Berkshire with parents Carole Middleton and Michael Middleton. Whilst Kate now lives at Kensington Palace with Prince William and her children, her parents still reside in the quaint Berkshire village of Bucklebury. They even shared their first official family portrait from the garden of the estate.

Bucklebury sits around 30 minutes west of Reading, close to Thatcham and Yattendon. Kate stayed at the home with Prince William for several months following the birth of Prince George in 2013. They also have a kitchen with a large wooden dining table and a conservatory with enormous Velux windows and floor-to-ceiling windows.

As James walks through the grounds of the house, fans should be able to spot an outhouse in the background. And dangling in the keyhole of the doors is a red tasseled keyring, showing off the quirkier side of the family’s style. James and his French fiance have been isolating at Carole and Michael Middleton’s Berkshire home after being forced to postpone this wedding that was due to take place this month.

Pippa, who once wrote a book filled with tips on entertaining, will be able to grow produce in the huge walled garden and greenhouses. And they will need the extra space, as I’m told she’s heavily pregnant with their third child. James pans the camera to reveal Alizee, Carole and Michael drinking wine in the most incredible garden with tonnes of gorgeous flowers in bloom. James then does a quick shave in front of the camera, until he's totally bare-faced. Next, he hops off the back of the truck and heads back towards the garden of the Middleton's home, Bucklebury Manor, where it's believed he and Alizee are staying with his parents, Carole and Michael, during lockdown.

The 3-week-old heir, mum and dad will head to London, taking up their permanent residence in Apartment 1-A of Kensington Palace. It will be a change of pace for the new parents, who lived on the Welsh island of Anglesey when they were just a family of two. Of course, in order to ensure the safety of the royal family, who frequently visit Bucklebury Manor, a ring of steel was placed around the property. Thanks to a joint effort between local police and the Royal Protection Squad, the estate is patrolled by police and officers an horseback. Carole and Michael Middleton live in Bucklebury Manor, a seven-bedroom Grade II-listed Georgian property in Berkshire that boasts a drawing-room, a library, and 18-acres of land. Kate's brother James also gave a look at the garden when he filmed a video of himself shaving his beard at home.

In December, Carole shared a snap to the company's Instagram page while she decorated a huge tree in the barn, revealing a glimpse inside the rustic open-plan office. The entrepreneur also uses part of his parent's huge garden to house his half a million bees, which he keeps in eight hives in a meadow at the family home.
